What couples write afterwards
We didn't see them all day. And yet everything is there: my father's face, my sister crying, the ten minutes of rain we'd forgotten about. It's the best gift we gave ourselves.
The film wrecked us, in the best way. They caught the sound of our vows, the laughter behind them, my grandmother's accent. We rewatch it every anniversary.
Planning a Tuscan wedding from London felt risky. They scouted everything before we did and anticipated all of it. Our guests assumed they were family friends.

What couples ask us most
How far in advance should we book?
Usually 12 to 18 months for a Saturday between June and September. That said, we always keep a few dates open — write to us even for this year.
Do you speak English and Spanish?
Yes. The whole studio works in French, English and Spanish — in conversation, in the contract and in the delivery.
What are the delivery times?
A 30 to 40 image preview within 48–72 h, the full gallery within 4 weeks, the teaser within 3 weeks and the feature film within 8 weeks.
How does travel abroad work?
Flights, car hire and accommodation are covered by the studio on the Heirloom experience. On the other packages we bill them at cost, with no markup.
What happens if it rains?
Nothing bad, and often something beautiful. We always scout a covered plan B during the venue visit, and we travel with clear umbrellas.
Can we book the film only, without photography?
Yes, on request — and the other way round too. Signature remains the most coherent option: both teams coordinate so they never get in each other's way.
Who owns the images?
You hold unlimited, permanent private usage rights. We retain the copyright and always ask before publishing anything on the site or social media.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit secures the date, the balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Three or four instalments available at no extra cost.
