The proposal
You fill in the form; within 24 hours we send back a costed proposal with two or three real venues that fit your guest count.
- 02
The scouting
We walk you through the venues on video. If you'd rather come, we arrange a scouting weekend — its cost is deducted from the final invoice.

The build
We book, negotiate and sign for you. You get an online space with the timeline, the contracts and the progress. One monthly check-in, no more.
- 04
Wedding week
We're on the island three days early. You arrive, everything is standing. Your only job is to greet your guests.
What couples ask
Is a wedding abroad legally valid at home?
A Spanish civil marriage requires one of you to be resident in Spain, which means a long process. Most of our couples marry legally at home, quietly, a few days before, then celebrate in the Canaries with a civil or religious ceremony. We support you either way.
How far ahead should we plan?
Twelve months for Grand, eight for Signature, three are enough for Intimate. The best fincas are booked eighteen months ahead for Saturdays in May and October.
What if our guests don't speak Spanish?
It changes nothing: the whole process runs in English, French or Spanish, and both the celebrant and the day-of coordination are bilingual.
Can we visit before committing?
Yes, and we recommend it above 40 guests. We arrange a scouting weekend: two or three venues, a tasting lunch with the caterer, one night on the island. The cost comes off your invoice if you confirm.
When is the best time of year?
Any of them. February to May and September to November are the mildest and the cheapest. July and August are warmer and busier, but never extreme: the trade winds blow all year.
How is a turnkey wedding paid for?
30% on signing to secure the date and the suppliers, 40% at six months, the balance two weeks before. Everything is paid online and every instalment is invoiced.
